Did Kerry Cheat in the Debate?

Kerry apparently had a cheat sheet during the debate. Not that notes are bad but any kind of pens, notes, etc were clearly prohibited in the 32-page memorandum of understanding agreed to by both sides.

    I think it generally speaks low of a person when they insult a person’s personality traits. I mean, attack his policy all day long, but I think it’s higly unrespectful to attack personality traits. Just my 2 cents.
