Red Sox Curse in the Moon?

Well, the Sox are one game away from their first World Series Championship since 1918 when Babe Ruth was peddled away to the New York Yankees to finance the Red Sox owner’s extracurricular activity. Since then, the Yankees have won 26 World Series and Boston has lost all four that it has appeared in. This is known as the Curse of the Bambino.

Of course, any logical sports fan would look and say…eh, best of 7 series… Sox lead 3 games to none. They only have to win one more to win the World Series.

But here’s the bad omen.

Tonight is a full lunar eclipse with a full moon.

I’m not superstitious, but in ways, I guess I am. The last thing the Sox need is to have another opportunity slip away.
