Apparently, he was walking home alone from a bar after drinking with some friends when he was mugged. Sean, Aaron,

I am sorry to hear about the murder of your friend. It’s not an easy thing to deal with when someone you care about is taken from you post-haste. I had a dear friend of mine take his own life over Christmas during 2002. While it was not murder, it certainly was not expected. So I can sympathize, and I do offer my prayers and well wishes to you, and your friend’s family.

May peace and serenity find you in a world that is anything but.

Now that’s awful news! It’s indeed not easy to deal with something like this, especially if a person that you care about is taken from you at such a young age.

My prayers are with his family, you Aaron and Sean, and all who knew him. May he rest in peace.

I’m so sorry to hear about this — what a terrible tragedy. I hope whoever did this is caught quickly and dealt with severely.

I’m so sorry about Bruce. He’s too young… I don’t know him in person but feel deeply sad when I heard about this. I’m sending my prayer.

I found your article on Bruce, when I typed in a search. This search came after discovering my friend Jill, who is a coworker too, was murdered yesterday by her ex-husband. You are not alone and I discovered I am not alone. I go to work tomorrow and I am not sure how we all will be…Jill’s cubicle still remains there with all of her child’s drawings. Only a week ago we celebrated my birthday lunch together with other coworkers and she told me how honored she felt that I invited her…now her life has been taken at 46 years of age… and I am the one who feels honored to have known her. I am saddened by your loss as well and feel your pain. I send my blessings to both your friend and mine as I know God has a place for them. Be well my friend– With the deepest empathy and sympathy.
