RIF

Well, the day has come. Half of our staff has been laid off. Life will now become more of a living hell. Same amount of work (if not more) with half the staff. You do the math.

    Well at least you don’t need to worry about keeping busy. I have had the opposite situation (sort of) occur here with the same effect. Two additional managers hired, so now 3 times the work directed to me.

    Ouch…now that’s a bummer! Make sure you take your time to relax after work…we all know what continuous work-overload can do to a person (burnout, etc)…
