Retiring TechnoClassic

If any of you have been using the old TechnoClassic theme, I apologize for terminating its miserable existance. It became too difficult to maintain a style that was not Wordpress 1.5 theme compliant, nor modularized and was just so… antiquated. Too much investment to keep it online. Sorry.

    Noooooooo!

Hmm, I guess I’ll have to choose Fog than (as I can’t get used to the brown’ishness of Carthography)…

I like the new theme better :)

The old one was cool, but I kept having cookie issues that would take me back to it even though I chose the new default theme.

I like Cartography — the brown one. It’s very easy on my eyes, which seem to hurt all the time now. :-(

I’m building a new one but it’s not really “for” Technosailor – more a general release one. I’ll probably run it here for a short time to get opinions. Probably be later today or tomorrow.

Actually, I set up a separate email address for theme support. Nobody ever uses it though; they find my contact form and ask their questions through that.

Okay folks. What do you think? It’s called “Utica Avenue” and is inspired by the Brooklyn subway station of the same name. Vinnie, I need your assistance. There’s a funky gap between #topleft and #topright in IE and I can’t figure out why….

I like it. Simple, yet enough going on to know that there was a lot of effort put into it :)

I’ll look into the IE issues when I get home from work. Too much going on here at the moment :(
