Technosailor Birthday Drawing

by Aaron Brazell on May 6, 2005 · 28 comments

This month, I am celebrating a year of existence in the blogosphere. It’s been a good year and I’ll elaborate on that more on May 20th.

But this blog has been successful because of its readers. Some of you are very faithful readers and visit everyday, comment often and generally make my blogging experience an excellent one. And there are many others who no one ever knows is visiting. (I remember my mother-in-law gave me the business for something I wrote awhile ago and I didn’t even know she read this blog!)

But this month, I want to give something back. Details on prizes will be forthcoming, but first here’s the scoop.

For every person who leaves a message over the next two weeks (today through May 20th), in any of my posts, will be entered into a drawing. Entries are on a one-for-one basis. In other words, leave 5 comments in one day and recieve 5 drawing entries. The only rule is that the comment has to be over a sentence long. Let’s make it fair for everyone. :)

The winner will receive one of several items of his or her choice. It is all Technosailor.com memorabilia with perhaps a few other nice items- maybe even a pre-release of an official Tee shirt, or other such item. Details on prizes will be forthcoming. Sponsorship is welcome as well. Drop me an email on that.

This is my way of saying “Thanks!”.

So what are you waiting for? Join in the conversation. :)

I’m not a scotch person either, but I’ll try it. I think I’ll also try it with Crown.

This won’t be very helpful, but in a previous job (nearly 8 years ago) there was a program which catalogued a user’s browsing habits based on the cache.

Kinda like History in IE is more than just a list of the last sites you visited.

I can’t remember the name of the tool, but if it were still available it’d make this much easier for you.

I also heard of another tool (free, somewhere) which categorized all of the documents (Office ones are what I remember) on someone’s computer.

No idea if that’s around either.

But, might provide some Google fodder for you :)

Congrats to one year of great blogging, Aaron! I’m really looking forward to know what the Technosailor.com memorabilia is going to be…a t-shirt would definitely rock ;-)

Congrats on a year as a blogger. I enjoy reading your blog, especially when you write from your heart and with passion. While I may not always agree with everything you say, seeing someone write with passion and not holding something back is truly refreshing.

Looking forward to more in the years to come.

Hey Bro. Happy Blog-Birthday. May your existence conitnue to grow and stuff…wouldn’t it be great if, over the next year, your blog allied with some other blogs, and declared war a bunch of other blogs! Then next year you could be like the blog-emperor or at very least, on a board of ruling blogs. I must say however with a last name like Brazell you SHOULD be emperor-blog. MAybe not, but you could imagine, I mean, I’m just sayin.
