Blues Traveller @ Ram’s Head

I just found out last night that Blues Traveller is going to be playing here in Baltimore. After whining with myself about whether I wanted to drive down into the city and attend a concert by myself, I’ve purchased a ticket tonight. Short notice requires desperate measures. I like Blues Traveller. Should be fun…

It wasn’t as good as I expected. The opener was hot. Grace Potter and the somethingerothers from Vermont. Excellent.

Blue Traveller would have been good if I could hear them. The venue isn’t a wonderful acoustic paradise. I tried parking myself in a number of different areas and it was just obnoxiously hard to hear.

Also, I’d say the median age of the crowd was around 45.
