Smoke Free Day 1: Oh the Horrors!
Well, it’s been almost 24 hours and it has been hell! It’s 4:28 AM and my heartbeat is so fast I can’t rest. Don’t get me wrong, I’m exhausted. But I can’t relax. And my alarm is going to go off in an hour and a half. :( There’s nothing on TV. Fortunately, I’ve got this blog to work on. I have a funny feeling I’m going to be emailing my boss in a bit and telling her I won’t be in today, or at least that I’m going to be late.
I also hope that this “condition” subsides. I can’t live like this.

Stick with it, Aaron. You can do it and will thank yourself later! I’ve never smoked in my life, but I’ve lost family members due to smoking, so I’ve seen what it does to you (and that’s enough reason to never touch a cigarette).

I congratulate you! I am sure it has not been, and will not be easy. I am sure the rewards will be good, especially for your family. Keep with it.
