Textpattern recent_comments

As part of my migration to Textpattern, I’ve had to go through and port a number of plugins. Some were significant ports, and for those I’ll try to release the plugins for other Textpattern users.

This is a port of “Recent Comments from Free Press”:http://freepressblog.org/plugins/recentComments.html.

It can be called from anywhere in a template according to the following usage:

It also takes 3 optional arguments.
* *no_comments* = the number of comments to display total. Defaults to 5
* *comment_lenth* = the number of words to display for each comment. Defaults to 5
* *max_comments_per_post* = limits the number of comments to be included in the list from each entry. You’ll be grateful when you get that hot item with lots of comments! Defaults to 5
