The Great Unknown Blogs – Day 1: Connecting the Dots

We launch our foray into the world of great unknown blogs – or rather, the guys and gals that should be given awards for what they do but don’t because the A-list gets all the credit. I talked about all of that yesterday.

Sean Coon is probably not an “unknown” as I have read him before. He’s just not the kind of guy that gets into the Weblog Awards. He’s not an A-lister so if that’s what you read, there’s a good chance you have never heard of him.

Sean runs Connecting the Dots, and has an impressive design resumé that revolves around usability. He blogs on quite a few different topics (sounds like Technosailor!) and tends to be liberal in his political slant.  I’d more than likely harshly disagree with his politics, but he’s transparent and honest.  I could see myself feeling comfortable grabbing a beer with him, talking politics, getting pissed, and then eing his best friend.  He’s just that cool.
I’m particularly impressed with his use of “tagging” on Media Matters.

Go check him out!
