Anatomy of a Website: Overview

Everyday I am asked for my opinions, thoughts and questions about someone’s website, blog or code. While I don’t mind offering assistance, I thought I’d write this series of articles with some of the knowledge I have gained over the years.

It will be an open ended series touching on issues such as color management, layout and design, some server-side tips using PHP, User experience information in terms of accessibility, usability, etc. What works. What doesn’t. What offers mixed results.
