b5media Bloggers Needed

Just a note as the Sports Channel Editor for b5media that I’m looking for candidates for several blogs.

  • Light the Torch – Established blog, in Google News, established traffic. Was started as a group blog for the Torino Olympics but we want to carry on with it as a world competitive sports blog (i.e. Beijing Olympics, World Championships and even the Commonwealth Games. This one would be a huge for an established world competitive sports blogger to take over.
  • NBA
  • College Football
  • College Basketball
  • Cricket

I’d be open to other blog pitches as well… maybe some Aussie Rules Football?

Here’s the deal: Candidates should email me at aaron@b5media.com with examples of some work (ideally in the area you’re pitching), why you think you’d be the best candidate fro the blog, and your expected minimum post count for a week (hint: we need a minimum of 6). There will be a contract and we take care of all the business side of helping you earn money off the blog, etc. We have a very generous payout rate. So… email me if you’re interested.
