Renting is a great idea. We did that when we first moved to Baltimore, because I swore and stomped my feet — I was NOT staying more than two years.

Well…this will be the 6th year and now I’m opening a coffeehouse…so it looks like we’re staying.

It’s so funny how things turn out.

Yards are cool :)

And renting isn’t so bad for your first 1-2 years in a new location, especially if you don’t know if you’ll be staying there. At least it gives you time to find a place you’ll be extremely happy with.

The house looks really nice — especially the yard! What kid wouldn’t love a big fenced-in yard??? Every time I drive up to Ruxton…I always end up wondering what the hell I’m doing in downtown Baltimore.
