Being the best guest blogger I can be

That’s my assignment today, and it’s one I’ve never embarked on before. I need to be a “guest blogger” today at the Technosailor. That means I need to find a proper balance between a few distinct needs.

1) My need to excel at everything I do
2) The need to not do such a great job guest posting that people will forget all about Aaron Brazell in his absence.

That’s my assignment, and one I take very seriously. While Aaron is “goofing off” on some god forsaken beach in Mexico, working on his pathetic “blogger’s tan”, I’m here doing the actual “heavy lifting” that makes TechnoSailor a must-read on everyone’s short list.

So there’s we stand today. I’m here to guest post while Aaron gets a tan. I need to do a great job of posting, but not so great that we all forget Aaron forever. So if you read my posts this week and you think to yourself “Hmm, he could have done better”, keep in mind why that really was. And when Aaron comes back, if he even does, we can judge better the job I did. But for now we’re forced to be “in the moment” and enjoy our beautiful Saturday morning, wherever we may be.

I haven’t been talking about doing it; I’ve been busy doing it. A take-home lesson for everyone. :)

I had to recover my password. So that took awhile. Normally I’m posting by 5am on a Saturday :)
