Have you ever woke up in a strange place?

Do you remember being startled, wondering, “How did I get here?“. That sense of vertigo is not uncommon. I know I’ve been experiencing it this week. I’ve been guest posting this week at the TechnoSailor and everytime I’m poking around in “in Aaron’s backend”…I get that strange uneasy feeling.

I know other’s who’ve been in Aaron’s backend probably feel the same way. I’ve had some of them comment about their feelings. Poking around in a strange backend is never easy stuff. You need to learn just how everything works. You don’t want to be too rough, but you have it give it just enough ooomph. I guess it’s an acquired skill after all.

One thing about Aaron and his backend….a lot of people are trying to get in here! I mean 2,500 spams in the last 2 days have been caught by Akismet. Aaron learned what all great bloggers know: protect your backend at all costs or it will be filled up in no time!

Run enough blogs and you’ll get used to it.

I was eating my dinner.

I could have lived forever without ever eating dinner while thinking about Aaron’s back end.

Thank you SO very much.

This is easily one of the most diturbing things I’ve ever read on the internet – no offense Aaron.

Oh come on, Leroy. Tell the truth. You’ve never thought about spam and Aaron’s back end in the same thought?

No?

Maybe it’s just me.

Well then.

Nice weather we’re having!

Carol,
OMG Spam and Aaron’s back end? I’m not eating for the rest of the day ;(
Sometimes I hate having a very visual imagination.

19 Carol September 7, 2006 at 9:11 pm

Darren started it. He could have written about something nice like poodles…or babies.

But nooo…

You’re right Carol – I think we can lay the blame for this squarely on Darren.

I’m not sure writing about poodles would have been much better – who knows what his twisted mind would have come up with?
