In fact, I won't get Vista until I buy a new laptop, which is probably a year or more out, since mine is working just fine these days. Windows XP is exactly what I need from an OS, and it's been 100% stable for me. I haven't had a Windows XP computer crash in years.... and stability has been the biggest reason for Windows upgrades throughout the years.. at least to me. Prettiness is great, I guess. Vista does look nice. But I don't care enough about that to drop the money, and more important, invest the time, to make the upgrade. I for one, won’t be making the Vista upgrade now.
