I use Quicksilver whenever possible to do a task. Textmate (PHP/HTML)
CSSEdit (CSS)
Terminal (svn, ssh, grep, custom shell scripts, etc)
Transmit (xFTP)
Firefox (Primary testing and live CSS editing for Gecko browsers)

Wordpress (for my blogging) Whois (useful for finding out legit domains) Netstumbler (when I'm chasing tornados and severe weather I need to find wifi hotspots for radar updates) Grlevel3 (Weather radar software) Airsnare (When you just want to find out who's on your network) Etheral (Packet sniffing never hurt anyone) But as a student these days I don't play heavy into many other tools. :( Soon, I will be hip deep in products.
