		<description>I would actually make the argument that if they offer DRM-less music without the oppressive Apple FairPlay DRM, Universal might actually be making a smart move.  One of the many reasons I will never own an iPod is that the FairPlay DRM is best described as stifling.  Of course, that only applies to music purchased via iTunes.

I don&#039;t think Universal is that smart or saavvy, but it might not be a bad idea to actually wait and see what develops today.  The good money is on them doing something boneheaded, but you never know.</description>
