I do think it&#039;s less about the applications (press, crisis, etc.) and much more about re-engineering trad PR attitudes from being directive to the new connective.  In this regard, as Doug Haslam points out, the big retooling will need to happen from broadcast to narrowcast, from spam release to socnet participation and conversing with your blogger contacts.</description>
