Fair enough... when, and I mean when, I get the chance I will try to segregate english and spanish feeds. But I'm travelling and Carlos will still be producing content so there's nothing saying you won't see more "pollutants".

Many of my readers are non-Americans and frankly, and you need to get this… I’m not writing for you.

Fair enough. My guess, however, is that all of your readers can read English given that, until a week ago, all of your posts were in English.

It’s a shame that you want to take such a bias against non-English speakers. This world unfortunately for you does not revolve around you or me though.

The vast majority of the Internet consumers and content are in English. Sure, the Internet goes around the world. Why not post in Chinese, though? That's certainly a much larger market niche than Spanish speakers? Presumably, because that's not your target audience.

Running a site in multiple languages without disaggregating the feeds or content would seem likely to alienate the core audience. On the surface, mixing in posts that are unintelligible to the vast majority of your reader base would seem to be harmful to your brand. Maybe you're on to something, though.

In any case, I apologize for the terseness of the original comment.

Alfredo, estoy investigando mas a fondo como se integran los API (y aprendiendo a programar en OpenSocial). Mientras tanto, puedes ver una lista de aplicaciones que usan el API de OpenSocial aqui:

James- you've been around here for a long time and I'm sorry you're unsubscribing. I think the attitude you are demonstrating is the kind of attitude that makes right-wing politicos so disconnected from the real world. You're in America. I'm in America. So what? Many of my readers are non-Americans and frankly, and you need to get this... I'm not writing for you. So, unsubscribe if you want. It's a shame that you want to take such a bias against non-English speakers. This world unfortunately for you does not revolve around you or me though. Sorry, bud.

James, you're free to do as you please. If you can't ignore a Spanish-language post in your feed reader every once in a while, then by all means move on.

I suggest you read the Wikipedia article on the Internet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet) and the World Wide Web (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet) to get a better understanding of this amazing technology.

But I get the feeling that's not your real issue.

Yes James, do us the favor and unsubscribe.

"This is America. We speak English here." Please! Look around you. I doubt that you'll ever speak anything other than English, but soon enough you'll listen to Spanish as much as you listen to English... in the United States. Your insular attitude has done much harm to your country's reputation across the world. Keep it to yourself.

Ahora, Carlos, excelente el artículo. Me gustaría saber más de los APIs y cómo se diferencían y complementan los 3, quizás con ejemplos concretos de sus aplicaciones.
