		<description>I have always found him a tad arrogant and a bit ostentatious, but one can never get to that level without confidence and yet stubbornness. Personally, he got a little too comfortable in his job, and what matter is W&#039;s and L&#039;s. The NFL is a &quot;what have you done for me lately sport&quot; and Billick didn&#039;t do a whole lot.

It was about time he went, though he&#039;ll be getting a fat check for the next three years. However, I would have given him another shot with perhaps a slightly different cast of characters. In the end, it looks like they&#039;ll have to rebuild considering the current crop of players they&#039;ve got.

I know I would love to have his severance pay.</description>
