In addition to the areas of concern you have, I have concerns over the effective dates, which are being reported as sunset dates. They're not sunset provisions; they simply replace FISA 1978 with FISA 2008 in 2012. That's an issue for me, particularly since the loosened provisions for searches without warrants that are then justified within 7 days will become the standard rather than the exception.
