		<description>very wise post you can feel coming from someone who has been through the same (I have no COO btw). Doing what any CEO has to do to protect the mothership even if it sad and very difficult. As you say, anything is now transparent and everybody can express itself, including on Seesmic itself, which is good, it demands good relationships with the employees leaving the company, which is the case and as you seem to be preparing your next post &quot;a sad job done decently&quot;.
