		<description>This is a step in the right direction, and it is not common that items like this show up until people are pressured to make them available.  Step-by-step increases in transparency would continually reduce oppportunities to manipulate unnoticed/unrecorded data.  However, it might be the case that an extra layer of manipulation is added somewhere else for each time that transparency is increased.</description>
