I agree with you that transparency is very important. It reveals our attitude. And, like Seth Godin said in &quot;The hierarchy of success&quot; ( http://sethgodin.typepad.com/seths_blog/2009/09/the-hierarchy-of-success.html ), the attitude is at the top of the hierarchy.</description>

		<description>Looks like the speaking gigs might pay off for you, too. There&#039;s a huge demand for guys who know what they are talking about. If you did 28 this year, surely you can start earning money from them. I&#039;ve used a speakers bureau in the past - might be worthwhile checking into that.</description>
